We have just organised a ‘Push The Boat Out’ Open Day on Saturday May 18th. This has something for everyone: A chance for New members have a social sail and get to know each other, for Established Helms to take visitors out on the lake, and for everyone else to invite their friends and relations to come and have a sail and to join the club! Refreshments will be available.
For anyone not yet bitten by the racing bug, Saturday 18th May marks to start of monthly ‘Social Sailing Sessions’. On ‘Buddy Sailing’ days I will be sailing on the lake for anyone who wants to enjoy their boat with a friend close at hand. The programme of Social Sailing dates is now: Sat 18th May and Sunday 9th June 10am-4pm with safety boat cover, Sat 22nd June and Sat 20th July 2pm-5pm Buddy Sailing without safety boat cover and Sundays 4th , 11th and 25th August 10-4pm with safety boat cover. Please put these in your diary and come along.
